BALLET
Ballet is the basis for all other types of dance, and is the most technically challenging of all the dance forms. A person who is trained in ballet can usually adapt to other dance forms with ease. The student of ballet will learn discipline, poise, grace, co-ordination, muscle control, flexibility and will achieve a strong, lean and toned body.

TAP
All tap dancing steps are a combination of simple movements that build upon each other. Tap dancing steps may be learned and mastered by children and adults alike and are a good way to express/learn rhythm, dance, and percussion.

SENIOR KEEP FIT
A balanced exercise program for seniors. Minimum age 50. A low impact class designed specifically for the more mature exerciser. Regular exercise both before and in retirement is essential for leading a full and active life.

(New) STAGE DANCE AND SONG
These special classes for children consist of a variety of dance styles including Jazz, Modern, Street & Tap. These classes also include vocal training, an excellent all round Dance and Song training for your future stars of the theatre.

(New) SILVER SWAN BALLET CLASSES
Although
designed for the over 55's, you're free to join us whatever your age!
Silver Swan classes will help to improve your mobility, posture,
co-ordination, balance and energy levels.
